• It’s neither and probably just a custom card for this prebuilt. It might be a blower card but I may be wrong.

• Model is Asus TUF 3080 (non OC). This card has a backplate.

• It varies unit to unit what it comes with, but it is some kind of Asus brand 3080, the Asus turbo model is pictured.

• https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Graphics-Cards/Turbo/TURBO-RTX3080-10G/ I read a couple of review and reddit post and It seems to use a ASUS Turbo series card.
