• I purchased one brand new and the card is a non-LHR TUF gaming RTX 3080. If your open box didn’t have a TUF gaming card, I would return it.

• The TUF gpu is made in both versions . They put in whatever is available at the time so its luck of the draw if u get fhr or lhr
