“I have saw the comments about the case and cooler they are bad so Which warranty do I need also if I replace the case and cooler does it void the warranty?”

So turn it on and see if it works if everything works switch it to the new Case and Cooler. Can you recommend a good CPU Cooler and case with better airflow

In order to service your unit under warranty, you would need to put back the system into its original state.
