A:Answer I would recommend no more than 3200Mhz effective speed, as anything over that can limit certain tasks since this doesn't have fully overclocking capibilities on the CPU. The Ram itself could possibly go up to 3600Mhz but without the CPU having certain voltage advantages you could run into inconsistencies. As far as the amount of Ram, there would be almost zero benefit of more than 32GB to 64GB unless you are doing very high end video editing or high end rendering applications. Even for just gaming on it's own 16GB would suffice.
