“Why is my 2nd monitor not showing up? I have it connected into through HDMI port but only 1 monitor is showing up. There are only 2 HDMI ports on tower.”

My Asus with RTX 3060 video card has 3 Display Ports and one HDMI on the card.

It sounds like you’re hooked to the motherboard instead of the video card. Look lower and there should be 4 hdmi ports.

that other HDMI Port is disabled I used the DisplayPort on the Video card with a DisplayPort to HDMI adaptor to get my second monitor online
