Turn pc on. Log on. Press and hold power button. Press power button again to turn on. Hopefully, BIOS offered. Enter BIOS. Go to Boot tab. Boot Configuration. Set Fast Boot to Disable. Set POST Delay Time to 10 sec. F10 to save.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Problem fixed, I had to remove the CMOS battery from Masterboard, wait for 5 minutes then install it back, then the BIOS menu showed up!

Please try to complete the initial Windows setup and install all cumulative or feature Windows update. Do not connect any third-party devices, except the keyboard and mouse, during the initial WIndows setup.
