• A:Answer Neither. This is a special mobo they made specifically for this pre-made PC. It's honestly a cheap piece of junk. You can find many of them on eBay for $80 "ASUS ROG STRIX G16CH MAIN BD AX D4 Intel 13th Gen DDR4 LGA1700 m-ATX Motherboard" Ima upgrade my mobo to a ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI II which supports the 1700 socket i7 CPU this came with.

• A:Answer Yes. This PC can support four monitors. On the back of the PC, the graphics card RTX 4070 SUPER has 3 DPMI port AND 1 HDMI port. The MOTHERBOARD has 2 HDMI ports and 1 DPMI port. I use the GRAPHICS CARD HDMI AND DPMI port and not the MOTHERBOARD. When I try to use the MOTHERBOARD ports I get no picture on my monitors.

Q: QuestionJust received my rig, it's pretty sweet but the one thing I am confused about is why the 2 HDMI ports at the top will not display my monitors. but when i switch my main monitor to the HDMI port that on the bottom my screen works just fine.

• A:Answer The Asus reply above obviously doesn't know what they are talking about. You mean the TWO HDMI ports on the top portion OF THE BACK of the case, not the TOP of the case. My guess is that they are integrated graphics ports, but this CPU does not have integrated graphics. They should have never included those ports, or CLAIM that this system HAS 3 HDMI ports if TWO of them do not work. The one on the bottom is the one to use for Gaming anyway, since its the port for the Geforce card.

Q: QuestionHow do I open the pc to clean it? I’ve looked for buttons or screws to remove proper paneling but haven’t found something that looks like it would allow for the removal of the glass panel to allow me to clean away dust and hair buildup.
