The Asus reply above obviously doesn't know what they are talking about. You mean the TWO HDMI ports on the top portion OF THE BACK of the case, not the TOP of the case. My guess is that they are integrated graphics ports, but this CPU does not have integrated graphics. They should have never included those ports, or CLAIM that this system HAS 3 HDMI ports if TWO of them do not work. The one on the bottom is the one to use for Gaming anyway, since its the port for the Geforce card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.whoever from ASUS gave you that answer should be fired because that person has ZERO knowledge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From the documentation, if your unit has a dedicated GPU i.e. NVIDIA that then the HDMI and DP integrated ports at the top are not expected to work. Which means basically it can only support the number of monitors you have ports for on the back of the GPU.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Obviously, the monitor will not work if you connect it using HDMI cable to the ports on top of this desktop PC, these are USB ports and not HDMI ports.
