“So i just got this PC for my birthday about a week ago now after waiting 15 days for it to arrive. However my cpu is constantly sitting at 70°C or higher. I've checked the fans and everything that I can think of. Am I missing something to help with this?”

If that temperature is when gaming, that is normal and nothing to worry about.
