Can I add another NVMe or SATA SSD to this desktop? null

You would have to replace the NVMe stick which contains your copy of Windows 10 Home. I would reccomend using the additional SATA input to just put in an additional 2tb SSD or HDD. No additional NVMe slots on the board.
