• Call the Bestbuy help line. They will connect you to the dept that handles that and they will email you the code

• I had the same issue. I called the help line and they connected me to the department that handled missing email codes. They told me 24-48 hours but I got it in 10 minutes. They then followed up with a callback to make sure I got the code and it worked. Great great customer service
