• No...the BIG difference is that the $1199 version has a LED screen, the $1399 has a IPS screen. Day and night in quality.

• The difference is the 1199 has only 12gb ram and 5400rpm HDD here it is 16gb and 7200rpm hdd. Thats the only difference the I found.
