I had the same problem, it says on the site it will be on the receipt, on the receipt it has instructions for using a code you haven't been given. I called Bestbuy customer support and they were able to look up the purchase and email me the code while on the call. So far I've had no luck applying the code on the PC version of Fortnite. For the Trend Micro they promised a gift card and for the call of duty game (promotion app crashed) they could do nothing about. Neither could Asus or Activision. Basically all 3 items promised with this laptop were a lie.
