I use it for graphics heavy powerpoints, it is pretty good.

Just remember, video editing takes time and the unit will get hot and noisy (fans will end up running at max). May video editors prefer a desktop with many large fans to cool the system for large video file editing. With the improved cooling of a desktop with may fans you do not have to worry about the computer throttling down if it gets hot (thus the video is rendered quicker, typically).
