Does the GU501GM come with win10 pro or home? null

No, this product comes with the standard Windows 10 home edition.

Win10 Home 64 bit which supports 128 GB of RAM. Thus you can add a second 16 GB RAM chip as only 1 of 2 slots are used in the system (getting a 32 GB system for about $150 upgrade). The Intel processor supports "flex" RAM for compatibility. I'm not sure what advantage you'd have with Pro version as the Home version now support a lot of RAM. Pro would be used by certain businesses due to business network support.
