“With headphones plugged into headphone/microphone jack, does anyone hear a high pitch noise when trying to listen to audio? Or is it only a certain few people with this laptop? Should I try exchanging my laptop? If everyone has it, then I won't. Thank you”

I don't have that issue, if you just got the computer, even if you didn't buy coverage with it, they will still fix the issue due to just bought it.
