• A:Answer its pretty sad the wifi card is soldered in..I see no reason for this. or what advantage it has. theres no way to update it when the new ax standard becomes moe widely available. one of the only few dings on the laptop.

Q: QuestionLaptop is great. Can run games ideally. I have had it less than a week and twice now while playing World of Warcraft, the laptop freezes briefly and then shutdowns after going to a blue screen for half a second. Temps=fine turbo mode. Do I have an issue?

Q: QuestionI can't seem to figure out how to use the windows key. I press it and it doesn't work. How do I enable it? I checked and asus armoury says the windows key is enabled but i press it and the start menu doesn't appear. I press it with E and no explorer.

• A:Answer The windows key should always operate accordingly to when you are pressing it. For instance, when in a game and you hit the windows button + G it’ll bring up the Xbox console menu wether in game of not. And hitting the windows button wether in game or not should bring up the windows screen which will allow you to item search the PC itself or the web as well as other functions. If armory crate says it’s active and it still does not function, you should take it to geek squad and have them check it out. I have not had a single issue with this computer and I’m sorry you’re having issues, but if it’s giving you issues, just take it by geek squad or exchange it for another? Hope this helped.
