The screws are in the back of the monitor already, where the vesa mount goes, just unscrew them and use them to mount your monitor arm.

Next, remove the plastic cover on the monitor's back to reveal the VESA mounting points, then attach the VESA adapter plate to these holes using the screws that came with your VESA mount.
