A:AnswerCL16 RAM requires XMP, which this (and most) laptop does not support. It will only use the settings in the memory's JDEC profile and will only run at 1.2 volts.
A:AnswerI installed the normal crucial ram and didn't have to mess with XMP settings to get it to work.
I think the ballistix is 1.35v memory whereas stock memory and that kit I upgraded to was 1.2.
Don't know if there will be any issues.

A:AnswerYes this gpu is ray tracing capable, AMD is working on a New Software like DLSS 2.0 , that will improve performance to some gpu like old GTX etcs.
