Hi! The Ryzen 9 Fifth Gen will only accept DDR4 at 3200MHz. If it ends up being a misprint again (The initial price tag for this laptop was 1550, Best Buy has since changed that back to 1650) then it's still unclear, as the Ryzen 9 6th gen can have DDR5 RAM and it is unstated what MHz is supported on the website.
