“Randomly in a hour of gaming the laptop would shutdown. I barely have any games or files on the laptop and it has been doing this ever since I bought the laptop. Most of the time my fans need to be on turbo mode for me to get functional gameplay.”

This might be related to a motherboard issue. One day my laptop was working perfectly; the next day anytime I tried running a game, my computer would go black, and restart real quick like. I checked my task bar system performances and my GPU wasn’t showing any signs of being on. So I sent it in to AUS hq via geek squad and they informed me my mother board was faulty. Only had the computer for 11 months
