- Answer The product is being sold as a complete system, not for upgrade. It does support 9th Generation i9 CPU. It doesn't come with a Thunderbolt 3 port.

- Answer Yes, however the included power supply would need to be upgraded as well. The recommended PSU for a 2080ti is 650W or higher.
