“Does anyone know if buying this motherboard today will have for sure have Ryzen 5000 ready support? Its been almost a year since Ryzen 5000 CPUs came out and around 8 months since the last question about Ryzen 5000 ready motherboards was asked. Thanks”

The motherboard should be Ryzen 5000 ready, if it was built after the release date of the CPU. You may need to confirm with Best Buy on the manufacture date of the motherboards.
