their are online software's you can download for free, but to do this you will require a separate pc or laptop, and mountable hard drive usb plug in's to do the job.

If you are referring to the use of NVMes by this board or any new board then files must be copied through the use of media like a USB drive, portable HDD, connecting your old drive, etc. The OS has to be reinstalled entirely as it is new hardware that requires a different configuration for windows. You can use your previous license key. If you aren't sure of any of this, then installing this yourself is not going to go easy. I suggest you have a professional do all this.

I would reinstall the operating system from my windows 10 cd to the ssd. I know that would be a lot of time for the user, but it is best to reinstall the OS at least once a year. I would, of course, first clear the ssd using the bios. You could use an app to mirror the hard drive to the ssd. I'v done that, but I forget the name of the app.
