A:Answer The stock adapter it comes with is actually 180 Watts, so in any case USB-C PD alone isn't going to provide the same amount of power. On USB-C PD alone the G14 will reduce its power consumption, so that also means it holding back performance. You can turn that off, but you may end up discharging more than it's charging.
You can use less than 100W USB-C power delivery, but similarly it'll charge the laptop slower and the laptop will run on a more lower power mode. You could run into a situation where it's discharging slowly. I think the minimum wattage you can use is 45W, although 65W or more is recommended.
This isn't a problem if you use the stock AC adapter to charge the laptop, but that's another cable.
