I just tried to cancel and re-order, but customer no service says that it's in process and cannot be cancelled until it ships. They have my money and I have no computer. Some would call that stealing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suggest everyone who pre-ordered and still hasn't received theirs yet to demand some credit back. BB screwed up shipment here by not updating their carriers eventho they sent us the email with the updated ship date.
