The current configuration for this model has 8GB of DDR4 3200MHz soldered on to the motherboard, with another 8GB DDR4 3200MHz DIMM that's replaceable (with up to a 16GB module for a max of 24GB supported). There are many options for manufacturers (Samsung, Corsair, G-Skill, Hyper-X, Kingston, etc.). If you most closely want to match the installed 8GB module (Samsung 1.2V, model number M471A1G44AB0-CWE is the DIMM I've seen on multiple of these GA503QR model laptops), then the Samsung model number M471A2K43DB1‐CWE 16GB module would probably be the closest you can get. Other models that would work are SK Hynix's HMA82GS6CJR8N‐XN (16GB), Crucial’s CT16G4SFRA32A (16GB), or Crucial’s CT16G4SFS832A (16GB) (per Crucial’s “Upgrade My Computer” tool on their website). All of the models I listed are going to perform about the same, so it's up to you which you'd prefer or which you can find/get. I hope this helps!
