No, I haven't. I even talked to customer support a couple times today but they just said it's awaiting shipping from their warehouse. I talked to them yesterday and they told me it would ship out on the 9th and I would receive it on the 10th. We'll see....

Told me my order is still being processed by their warehouse and I'll get it by 2/16/21 but they'll expedite my order to make sure it gets shipped today. I told them I was told yesterday they would make sure it gets shipped by end of day and I would receive it today, the 10th. It never shipped out.

The only thing that they can tell me is that I'll get it by 2/16. They suggested that I call the store, since I ordered it at a store. They were MUCH more helpful. They knew that the warehouse closest to me had received 265 of them and that one of them had my name on it. They said that it was waiting to be picked up by the carrier and that if I called the warehouse at 09:00 EST, then I may could drive the 20 minutes to pick it up at the warehouse. which would be worth it to me to get it sooner. The waiting is driving me nuts. Apparently, if you ordered it online rather than a store, then customer no service is your only avenue. It may be picked up in the morning by the carrier. I pointed out to them that the email said that it "WILL ship on: 2/9.
