A:AnswerThe backlight on the keyboard looks great. It’s a single RGB zone, so you won’t be able to set different colors in different areas or individual keys. If you want that kind of capability, you will have to buy the Asus ROG Strix version. The keyboard backlight colors can be changed using the Asus Armoury Crate software application.
A:AnswerThere is a YT video where they tried a Sabrent Rocket as the primary and it was ultimately unstable on battery. The guess is the stock Hynix drive doesn't pull a lot of power, so swapping it might be a challenge.
