It can boost up to 4.9GHZ using Armoury Crate Turbo settings. Be advised, you WILL want to get a good cooling pad for it and make sure it is well vented. I run mine on Turbo with a Targus cooling pad and the temps are pretty normal. Between 75-80ish.
