It sounds like overheating issue. Make sure that laptop is on a hard surface not a rug blanket or anything cloth. Also make sure to have the computer in Performance mode.. that will kick in the extra fans in the back. If it sounds like the device is gonna take off.. that's good exactly what ya want. Also playing on high instead of Ultra will also solve issue. Hope that helps. I OWN THIS .. it's a amazing product.
