• Yes however you'll only be able to add one slot.

• It has 8gb on board and then a 8gb stick for dual channel 16gb. There isnt another empty slot for ram. 16gb is more then enough for gaming and light video rendering, streaming. The R7 3750H is like an i5 9400.
