Happened to me too, from what I here is that they are having production issues over at ASUS.

Please try again later.Just so everybody else knows what happened, I got tired of waiting for a change and switched it to home delivery on May14 and it arrived at my house on May 15. It's crazy that I got it next day but they did charge me extra for using delivery instead of store pickup

Best Buy tracking says UPS has it, but according to UPS they don't have it yet. I've talked to customer service and they just tell me to keep waiting.
