Couldn’t find an official one On the asus website but compared the model number given in https://www.cnet.com/reviews/asus-rog-zephyrus-g14-review/ and it’s not the like the top of the line (GA401IV-PS96 (gray) or BS96-WH ) that includes it.

The AniMex led display, as far as I’m aware, only comes with the 4K 60hrtz display, the specs on this listing say it has a 1080p display so no this does not have the LEDs on the back. It does have a higher refresh rate thought at 120hrtz as far as I can tell from this listing
