• Hopefully soon! I purchased the item and Best Buy canceled my ordered and cant give me a reason why it was canceled. I have tried to call phone support and after being put on hold they just hang up after a while.

• your order was cancel because AMD is having a massive shortage on CPUS .. google this and you will see a ton of info on why all the NEW AMD cpu laptops are "out of stock "
