Is the graphics card rtx4070 power 140w? null

No, it is 105W with some room for boost power but if you read up on 4060/4070 cards, you will find that any power applied beyond 100W is wasted anyway - the performance does not improve over 100W the way it does on 4080/4090 cards. All it would do is create more heat, so 105W is pretty much optimal for a 4060/4070. I actually tested it beside an MSI with 140W supplied to its 4070 card and the benchmark scores were the same.
