Why is this 4070 notebook so cheap? null

A lot of 4070 laptops are priced low because they’re older models or on clearance, not because anything is wrong with them. Newer versions come out every year, so stores drop the price to move inventory. Sometimes the cooling system or display isn’t as premium as the higher-priced models, but the performance is still great for most people. I actually got mine during a sale and saved a couple hundred dollars — runs perfectly fine.

Idk buts it’s worth it if you need something thin and sleak.
