“Is this really a 4k screen? Or just a UHD but market as 4K UHD? How would I know the difference. On the website it says 4K. But the sticker on the monitor says "Adobe RGB, 100% UHD?”

This laptop has a 4K display. UHD stands for "Ultra-high-definition" and is another term for 3840 x 2160 resolution displays.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it appears to be a high quality screen. But I do not have any equipment to test that. If I look very very close to the screen I can't actually see the pixels, so I assume it is at least 2460 p. And it appears that the screen is indeed 4K. It does play 4K videos on YouTube.
