• Yes you could hook up an E-GPU to this through the Thunderbol port.

• I don't understand the Thunderbolt 3 question unfortunately, but this machine can support 2 displays. One via USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 and one via HDMI. https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-m15-series/spec
