A:Answer this laptop only reads up to 2933mghz, not at 3200 as advertise by asus

After collaborating with our support staff, we are now able to provide you with a recommendation on how to address your concern. The team has advised that your device needs a 10875H generation processor to run at 3200mhz RAM and based on the specifications of your serial number your device processor is a 10750H. As a result of that the processor is dependent so it will not clock at full speed.
