• This is an IPS panel in the U.S.. The mini-LED display is offered in other countries, or if you step up the models with the 4080 or 4090 GPUs. The camera is 1080p. It appears Best Buy is copy/pasting descriptions and may have taken this from the previous M16 which did have a 720p camera.
