• YES it has wifi built in but how you buy a plan is something I can't help you with because we have our own system and it logs on anywhere else I've taken it and felt comfortable logging into with it.

• Yes it has wifi but not WAN. No plan needed just near to an wireless router with the correct password if it is encrypted

• Yes it does have WiFi, for the plan, it will fall on the discretion of the store on where you are going to purchase the unit.
