• A:Answer Yes, you can ship it to your preferred store and pick from there. Or you can ship directly to your home. I ordered mine on 9/15/2020 and got it on 9/18/2020. However, I received the monitor in a regular shipping box, not inside Asus' retail box. Not sure if this is how BestBuy sells this monitor, or perhaps the person who shipped my monitor made a mistake. Or maybe this is a returned product (though it doesn't look like that at all). In short, packaging was sketchy.

Q: QuestionIs it a 1ms response time monitor? or 4ms? Most responses ensure 1 MS GTG, but other answers say 4ms GTG and the spec page says 4MS GTG, so whats the real response time or how this work??? I'm so confused

Q: QuestionWhy does it say 280hz refresh rate on the picture yet in the specifications it’s 240hz ? That’s a huge difference and the 240hz monitors aren’t over $300. It’s a rip off if it truly is 240hz for that price.

• A:Answer I agree it's a little misleading, but they aren't wrong - this monitor is capable of having a 280hz refresh rate, you just have to adjust settings to get there. But I think in terms of value, it's probably better than other 240hz monitors... the Benq ZOWIE XL2546K is almost $500, and not many other 240hz monitors are widely available at the $300 price range. So imo, definitely not a ripoff. If you really want value, the Acer Nitro XV252Q Fbmiiprx (or whatever the OEM is called) is really good too. Note that this is also advertised to be a 390hz monitor, but that's also on overclocked settings, and its usual default max is 360hz.
