A:Answertypically max q is reserved for higher end graphics cards rarely will you find a low to mid range gpu that is max .q. Max q means that compared to its desktop counterpart it will be a tad bit weaker.
A:AnswerI believe with that previous answer they were referring to the max q edition 1660 ti which is in the rog model but it only adds around 5-8 FPS so yes it has a full fledge 1660 ti
