Q: What VR system will the Tuf FX505 run? Oculus Rift S? Will that work with games on Steam?
A: I have the original Vive. the GPU in this laptop will give you no trouble with VR. The Rift S might run a tad worse than my Vive because of the resolution, but it shouldn't be much of a problem. Where you might run into trouble is the CPU. Between the headset and the game it can get fairly hot. Subnautica thermal throttle'd it for me. Depending on the VR games you want to play and your ambient temps you may be better off getting a desktop.

A: hi, No the keyboard is not only yellow backlit. You have full access to ASUS AuraSync. Plenty of colors and FX.

A: To clarify what was meant earlier, we have only tested this unit with a maximum of 512GB. However the laptop is not limited to that and up grading it to a 1TB SSD would be at your discretion.
