Did you install the drivers for your actual graphics card? If not then you are using the built in card on the motherboard which is basically enough to get the pc to run.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug your laptop up, when unplugged it runs on integrated graphics and not the graphics card...this is due to the battery not having enough output for the gpu, or maby just to conserve battery
