“I have 2 issues. 1. Everytime I plug / take out my charger the screen turns black for like 2-3 seconds.when i boot it up (desktop) it also turns black for a couple seconds. 2. if I want to put the volume/brightness down i need to hold 'FN' while doing it”

Both points 1 and 2 are a part of the design of the laptop, this is normal and nothing to worry about.
