- Answer Looking at the pictures, it doesn't appear to have any extra vents, presumably the same as the Ryzen 5 model (that has overheating issues).

QuestionHow do I use the Advanced Lighting features for the keyboard? I downloaded the Aura Creator app, but it says there are no available devices. I also used someone's advice here in the Q&A and tried the ROG app, but that also didn't work.

QuestionMy webcam does not work consistently. Sometimes the computer would say that no webcam is detected. Also lines would appear whenever the webcam does come on. I need the webcam for Zoom and other such video software because I am a teacher. Please help!

- Answer Hi Gamer1922, while this laptop does meet the minimum requirements for the Oculus Rift S to get the most out of VR and AAA games it is recommended to look at a computer with at least an Intel Core i7 processor and 16gb ram to get the best experience without lag and give you better frame rates at higher resolutions.
