A:AnswerFigured it out...driver issue but fixed it...apparently after it boots into window it will switch GPU but after updating the drivers from nvidia and choosing custom install the problem went away. Btw the RAM is 2933 if you do 3200 it’s not going to work. I bought the Crucial 16Gb kit and it didn’t work so I returned the kit back to microcenter and got the GSkill 16Gb kit 2666 instead and worked fine. Also added the 2.5 SSD and there is room for another NVMe Drive as well.
