“I just bought this laptop and on first use, none of the function keys (volume, brightness etc.) do what their suppose to do. Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it? Thanks”

• You must use the FN key to be able to use the functions you are asking about. FN + up volume

• You need to hold the Fn key next to the windows key when using any of the F keys. Your welcome!!!
